Out in New River, Arizona, this property had a well head, a black poly water storage tank, and a pressure tank sitting fully exposed to the sun between two shipping containers. Desert Creek Worx turned that gap into a purpose-built enclosure — a custom steel well and water tank cover that spans container-to-container, shades the equipment, and locks up behind a set of swing-out doors.
The structure is built from heavy steel box-beam framing with purlins and PBR steel panels for the roof and doors. What makes it stand apart is the adjustable design: the posts use threaded leveling feet at the base and slotted brackets up top, so the whole frame could be dialed in square and level between two containers on uneven desert ground — no small feat, and the reason it fits so clean. The steel is finished in a durable red oxide that holds up to Arizona heat and monsoon weather, paired with white PBR panels.
More than just a cover, the build does double duty. With the doors closed it protects the well, tank, and pump from sun and weather; the roof also creates a run of covered outdoor storage alongside the equipment — usable space that didn't exist before.
